Is there a minimum rental amount?

ALL orders must meet the minimum rental amount of $200 before tax. Delivery orders require a minimum of $500.

How long is the rental period?

Standard rental is 5 days from pickup. If you need an extended time, additional charges may apply. Typical pick up days are on Thursday and returns on Monday.

When should I reserve items?

We recommend booking items as soon as possible. We start taking reservations for items 12 months out.

How do I reserve items?

We prefer that you submit your items through the wishlist. That’s the easiest way for us to check availability. All you have to do is find the items you want in our collection page, add to wishlist, and submit.

How do I do Customer Pick ups / Returns?

This is our default offering. Pick ups are typically on Thursdays and returns on Mondays. We can be as flexible as possible if your dates don’t fall within this timeframe. We are located in Plymouth, MN. When picking up large furniture, we do require you to have an enclosed trailer or cargo van. We do not allow large furniture to be transported in open bed trucks, vans, SUVs, etc. Damages during transportation can happen, so to avoid any fees, please make sure to have clean moving blankets/tarps and straps to ensure safe transportation.

Do you deliver?

Delivery is a potential option for orders over $500, depending on location. Delivery fees on average start at $450 and additional fees incurred for additional mileage and late night pick ups. Not all dates are available for delivery. Inquire with your wishlist!

When are payments due?

Nonrefundable 50% payment is due up front at the time of reserving your items. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to pickup.

What if an item gets damaged?

We have a nonrefundable 10% damage protection fee on every order that we charge for wear and tear and accidentals. Anything above and beyond that 10% will be charged accordingly. Because of this, we require a credit card on file for incidentals. If an item can be cleaned or repaired, you will only be charged for that amount. If your rental items are lost, chipped, cracked, or damaged beyond repair, we will charge your card on file the replacement cost that’s listed on your contract or 5x the rental amount if not listed.
